　　许多大学生或许会惊奇地发现，

　　校园还是那个校园，

　　但母校已经换了新的招牌……

　　从2017年下半年开始，全国各地教育主管部门先后公示申报升格、更名和转设的高校名单，共有数十所高校位列其中，新一轮高校更名大幕正式拉开。

　　继各省上报后，1月20日，教育部发展规划司正式公布了2017年度申报设置列入专家考察高等学校名单，共有46所高校入选，其中包括新设本科学校（21所）、更名大学（16所）、独立学院转设为独立设置民办本科学校（6所）和同层次更名（3所）。

　　不过，这只是列入专家考察的高校名单，最终结果还需要全国高等学校设置评议委员会的最终评议。

　　从列入现场考察的高校名单来看，广东、广西、河南和山东高校入选数量最多，各有4所。

　　福建、湖北、吉林、陕西和四川各有3所，其他省份入选高校都在3所以下。

　　按照教育部规定，接到高校设置申请后，教育部启动形式审查程序，纳入各地“十三五”高等学校设置规划且办学条件达到设置标准者，经公示后进入高评委专家考察和评议环节。

　　高评委将对照“十三五”高等学校设置规划、设置标准等对拟设置本科学校进行考察和评议，评议结果报经教育部党组审定并向社会公示无异议后，办理批准文件。

　　根据往年的情况，进入高评委专家考察环节后，最终的评议结果也将很快揭晓。
